With space for up to six guests and one well-behaved dog, the property boasts a private garden while being just a stone's throw from the village green.
Inside, Fellsman Cottage, the spacious open-plan living area includes a well-appointed kitchen, dining space, and a comfortable lounge, creating a welcoming environment for relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring an electric oven, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher, making it easy to prepare home-cooked meals. For convenience, the cottage also has a utility room with additional storage, a large fridge/freezer, and a washer/dryer.
The cottage offers three inviting bedrooms, including a double room, a king-size room with an en-suite shower, and a bunk room ideal for younger guests. There is also a family bathroom on the ground floor, complete with a bath and shower over. Both bathrooms include heated towel rails for added comfort (please note no towels provided).
The cottage is heated throughout with oil-fired central heating, ensuring warmth during your stay. Free Wi-Fi is available for those who wish to stay connected, and families with young children can take advantage of the travel cot and high chair provided.

Once in Reeth this postcode should bring you to beside the Copper Kettle Cafe at the bottom of the village green. The cottage is in the bottom corner of Reeth village green next to the Copper Kettle tea rooms. The name 'Fellsman Cottage' is on the wall above the door to the left of the Copper Kettle - go through the door, down the passage, through the second door at the far end and the entrance to the cottage is on your left.
