Inside, the ground-floor apartment features a cozy living room with a TV and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, and oven, one double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The upper-floor apartment offers a spacious living room with a TV and fireplace, a kitchen equipped with a Nespresso machine, two double bedrooms (one en suite), a bedroom with a bunk bed, and another bathroom with a bathtub. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. The villa is located just 3 km from the beautiful Canyelles beach, 5 km from the center of Lloret de Mar, and 7 km from Tossa del Mar, where guests can explore charming streets, restaurants, and beaches. Youth groups are accepted only upon prior request, with a special deposit and house rules to ensure a peaceful environment. Pets are allowed with prior approval and a supplement.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
