Villa Al-Kurum is a spacious country villa located a short distance from the sandy beach of Calatubo in Alcamo Marina.
The villa consists of two equal and independent units.
Each unit of 125 square metres is spread over two floors. It is accessed from the bright living room with double sofa and kitchenette. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything necessary (dishwasher, oven, microwave oven and coffee machine). On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower and laundry area and a double bedroom. From the kitchen there is access to the patio equipped with table and chairs and a relaxation area with sofas. On the first floor there are two further double bedrooms, one of which has a terrace from where it is possible to enjoy a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. Both rooms have a bathroom with shower.
All rooms are furnished in a modern, minimalist style and are air-conditioned.
Each unit has a private 9x5-metre swimming pool surrounded by lawn and a large solarium with outdoor shower.
Guests also have access to a barbecue area with worktop and an outdoor bathroom.
Each unit also has two covered parking spaces.
Villa Al-kurum is located 2 km from the beach of Calatubo and 5 km from the town of Balestrate where you can find bars, restaurants, supermarkets and all the basic services (pharmacy, post office, bank, etc.)
