VILLA DARDA
VILLA DARDA is a modern and prestigious villa located near the sandy beach of Alcamo Marina e in Castellammare del Golfo.
You may access from the living room, spacious and bright space with kitchen corner and living area with sofa and tv sat. The kitchen with its large glass windows overlooks the equipped patio and the swimming pool. From here you can enjoy a breathtaking sea view.
The sleeping area is made of three bedrooms: 2 double and 1 twin. At guests' disposal two bathrooms with shower. The villa is furnished with a total white style, modern, essential but practical. Nothing was left to chance and made with attention to the smallest details.
There is also a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
All the bedrooms are equipped with a/c and mosquito nets.
In front of the patio, there is an 8x4 mt pool and the solarium equipped with sunbeds and a shower.
On the back of the villa you find a covered patio with an external kitchen with bbq.
Through a beautiful marble staircase, you can reach the roof terrace.
The villa is totally fenced and equipped with an automatic gate. A lovely garden with a lawn embellishes the villa.
