Ouse Retreat is a cosy one bedroom apartment, formed perfectly for 2 guests to enjoy a relaxing weekend in York. This modern apartment offers all the home from home comforts you could need whilst staying away from home!
Nestled in the ideal location just a short stroll from York City Centre. A scenic 15 minute stroll down by the river Ouse straight into the heart of York provides convenience in every form.
The property itself is located in the lovely little village of Fulford, there are plenty of local shops, pubs, and scenic walks within a few minutes' walk. Everything you could possibly need is within a short walk or very short drive, Supermarkets such as Aldi & Iceland within a 7 minute walk, Sainsburys local and a Pharmacy at the end of the street, and McArthur Glen shopping centre is just a 8 minute drive from the property.
Should you wish to venture into the city centre, Clifford's Tower and The York Dungeons are just a 4 minute drive away, or a lovely 15 minute stroll by the river.
Ouse Retreat is a private apartment, based inside a redeveloped townhouse. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building, as you enter, you will find an open plan living, dining and kitchen space. The contemporary Kitchen offers all the electrical appliances you could need including a kettle, toaster, microwave, full fridge freezer and electric oven and hob. All the pots, pans, cutlery and crockery you could need to cook a basic meal are provided for your convenience.
In the centre of the room there is a dining table, for you to enjoy a delicious home cooked meal or a take out from one of York's many options!
The living space offers a comfortable sofa and arm chair. Overlooking a smart Tv, perfect for you to sit and indulge on all of your favourite Tv shows after a busy day exploring the history that York has to offer.
The bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed, complete with hotel quality bed linen and towels, for your use throughout your stay!
The bathroom offers a shower and WC.
Ironing and Hair drying facilities are provided for your use.
Parking can be provided on the street with a parking permit for one car.

This had everything we needed for a Christmas break in York .The apartment was tastefully decorated and had a comfortable bed. It was very warm and clean. The location was a 15 minute walk into the centre and we would return in the future
