ENJOY THE SUN IN A RESORT STYLE COMMUNITY

This is a newly renovated, spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ground floor condo located in the beautiful gated Solana community which is situated on the border of Gilbert/Mesa.
Relax and enjoy this open concept unit. The living area has a sofa, love seat and a 50" smart television with cable and wi fi. Prepare your own great meals, delicious desserts and fabulous drinks in a well stocked kitchen.
Master suite is tastefully decorated with a queen size bed, 32" smart television and walk in closet. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, two large closets with plenty of room. Both bedrooms have there own 3 piece bathrooms which make getting ready in the morning easy. There is also a washer and dryer in the suite so no need to worry about running out of clothes.
Enjoy all the amenities. Solana is a gated community with two pools (1 heated with hot tub), barbecue grills, club house, fitness facility/gym, pool table and media room.
Being located near highway 60 means getting around the valley of the sun is easy.
Shopping, dining, Banner Gateway Medical Center, golf, hiking and plenty of other fun activities are all within in minutes of Solana.

Condo was nicely updated-the bathrooms were large and well designed. I cooked and baked while at the condo, and had all utencils and pans needed. The condo was clean. The location was adjacent to a main road, but rarely noticed any noise from the road or from the other units. There was an issue with the entry code, but I was able to quickly reach the owner and resolve the issue. Great stay and would stay there again!

We had a late flight putting our arrival time after midnight. Upon arrival, the code to enter the unit was not working. We had to call the owner who thankfully was awake and able to provide an alternative code. But there would have been a serious problem if they had been unreachable. Aside from that and leftover items in the fridge, everything else about the property was as described. It was a good value at its price.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice, clean and close to the pool and work out center and had all the amenities we needed. A newer washer and dryer. I reached out to the condo manager a couple times prior to our stay and he was very quick to respond. Will definitely keep this one in mind for future travel.

Better than a hotel!

Pool and hot tub are directly across the road. We were impressed with the warm pool and hot tub. Condo worked great. Easy access and better than a hotel for a family of four. Nice area with plenty of entertainment and eating options with in 15 minutes.
