About this property

Historic 3-Bedroom Home in the Heart of Greenwich

Greenwich is a special place with rich historical significance. It is a delight to spend time in a place which bustles with a heady mix of old and new.

We have attempted to reflect that here. While the original floorboards and fireplaces have been restored and a traditional bath installed we've also commissioned a street art mural reflecting local endangered creatures and a doodle wall drawn by Southeast London artist David Bray that contains myriad secret codes about the area.

Visiting daughter and Son in law who live in London. This home in Greenwich was beautiful and centrally located to so many wonderful restaurants and London highlights. We were a family of four and were very comfortable in this beautiful home.

This is quite a cute little spot. So close to Greenwich Market, the Thames, and the buses and the tube. The kitchen has everything you need, with stools at the counter. The back door is a Dutch door, so there's plenty of breeze to keep you cool in the warmer months. One bathroom for 4 of us was certainly a learning curve in the mornings, but easy to figure out. If you are particular about your sheets and like them soft, you may want to pack your own to sleep well. We found the linens uncomfortable, but that may have been an "us" thing. There are two bedrooms with full/queen beds that sleep two, and the third bedroom has a single bed that was a little tough to sleep on, and the window faces the street, which is lively early in the morning. It was fun to open the windows at night and watch the urban foxes run around with their pups! Also, there is only a washer for laundry, and you need to line-dry your items, which can be difficult to rely on during rainy days. This location was wonderful for walking into town each day to discover new spots to try, like Royal Tea or Grind for breakfast. I know that it's not related to the review, but if you like sushi, the Sticks n' Sushi spot in town is a must! We could also walk to the Thames and grab an Uber water taxi to all the must-see locations. Loved our stay here, and this home will always hold a special place in our hearts!
