Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Very disappointing stay. The property barely resembled the photos advertised, and the overall experience fell far below expectations. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the amenities were poor. Several electrical outlets didn't work, and neither the internet nor the television functioned properly during our stay.The keypad used to access the building died completely at one point, leaving us locked out, which was incredibly frustrating. The stairs to the accommodation were also exceptionally steep and difficult to navigate.The pub downstairs was frequently closed, and when it was open, it was often out of alcohol. Basic necessities were lacking in the accommodation itself. There were no shower products provided, no bin bags available, and only a single towel for the duration of our stay.To make matters worse, the owner was very unresponsive and provided little assistance when problems arose. Overall, the property was not as advertised and offered poor value for money. I would not recommend staying here.
