It was probably de worst experience I've ever had in 30 years travelling. I spent a week in the flat, just wanted to write in peace. The walls were paper thin. The wifi was unstable (they said they were gonna change it, didn't happen). The heating was very poor (they install another heater the second day). There was an attack with paint INSIDE the building the in the middle of the night! It was a distaster, and nobody informed anything. I asked, they said they didn't know... The following day a group of Brazilians came to clean and repaint, the dust triggered the alarms, so the firemen came! They only spoke English, the Brazilians only Portuguese, so I had to translate everything... lost time and patience... The terrible noise of the works continued every day, even on a Saturday at 8PM! I communicated everything, but I believe they just didn't care. I have the chats, they barely apologyzed and never offered at least a partial refund or anything. I practically lost the whole week, had to leave to work (therefore spending more money than expected), massive headaches... 100% awful experience.
