The condo was great amazing view. The only downfall was all of the other hotels across the street come over and use the facilties of the resort so it was very busy everyday.

Nice and clean

The room was very nice and very clean, the view was as expected, outstanding. Parking and elevator access was good as well. Like others have said, the kitchen was light on accessories and the bed(s) were hard but some may like this. The outdoor areas (pool etc) were great as well as beach access. We would love to stay here again.

clean condo but sadly will not return

Our first night a fight broke out in the pool area. gun shots were fired. At least 20 officers came to the complex, looked for but didn't find bullets. had a back tire stabbed with a knife. Security cameras but having been parked 5 days checking video would be 5 days of viewing. had to buy a new tire. will not return.

Your safety certainly is our priority and if at any moment you wanted to leave, I would have fully understood. I will certainly follow up with the Resort myself. Great Stay

My two close friends and myself enjoyed our stay at the condo. The balcony and views of the ocean were absolutely breath taking. The condo was extremely clean and the pictures don't do it justice. We were actually very surprised at how clean it was. My only problem was the check-in process. I was sent the check-in process from the property manager days before our trip so we would know exactly what to do. When we got to the front desk to check-in I gave her my name and she said she did not have a reservation with my name on file. The directions clearly stated that the reservation would be in my name, as I was the one who booked the condo. I called the property manager twice and it went straight to voicemail twice. I then sent her a message on VRBO and she got back to me within a few minutes. The reservation ended up being in her name and everything else went smoothly after that. I read reviews before booking and noticed a lot of people had the same issues with the check-in process. Also the front desk staff were not that friendly and seemed to be annoyed with me. All in all the stay was great and the property was very nice but the check-in process was unacceptable.

Myrtle Beach getaway

Had a great stay at this unit in Myrtle Beach after some busy days touring Charleston. It was a great place to relax for a few days before continuing on our trip. The beach was great and the water warm (reminded us of beaches in Maui). The view from the balcony is quite good! We stayed prior to Hurricane Ian and I hope that the resort did not sustain any major damage. Best wished to all of the residents and our thoughts are with all of you as you start the recovery process.

Family vacation

First time to Myrtle Beach so we were very unsure what to expect. Room was exactly what pictures look like. Loved the washer and dryer in room. Had all kitchen items you would need. Loved they came around with new towels, toilet paper , and garage bags if you needed them. Pools were good enough for my kids. Evening time pool was packed and got a little messy but over all it was great. No complaints from all 7 of us. Would definitely stay again for the price.

Pros-Great location, clean, only about 2 miles to Board Walk. Restaurants all around. Cons-Entry doors are heavy and extremely loud when closed. Suctioned closed. Heard this all hours of the night. Murphy bed needs replaced, felt every spring.

Reservation in wrong name

The reservation was under the owner of condo name not my name. The only reason this was figured out is because the gentleman at the front desk was determined to figure out what was wrong. The listing did not make it clear the unit was privately owned. The listing and confirmation emails did not outline the check in process clearly. Once the check in mix up was fixed the rest of the stay way fine.

Everything was clean and available. Liked view and the extra touch that the balcony doors were very clean. So many times Oceanfront rooms have the salt and spray all over the doors so you can't even see out them. Indoor lazy river was also a plus for us

Deanne, the property owner was always responsive and helpful. This was our first time going through VRBO. We enjoyed the condo and it was clean. My family and I enjoyed our first time staying at this condo at Paradise Resort. This place was clean and had a beautiful view! We loved all the amenities and perks included. We also loved the wristband that doubled as the door key. Made it so much easier than dealing with key cards! All and all, it was a nice place and we will be back!
