Welcome to Como Lake Nest , a cozy and quiet apartment in Gravedona, perfect for those who want to stay in a residence with swimming pool , in the heart of Lake Como.
A small retreat where you can slow down, enjoy the greenery and experience the lake at a more authentic pace, away from the most crowded places.
The lake and beaches are easily accessible on foot, while Gravedona offers everything you need to enjoy a few relaxing days: lakefront walks, restaurants, small shops and beautiful mountain views.
The house is designed for those who are not just looking for a place to sleep, but want to have a pleasant environment to return to after a day discovering Lake Como.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and has two private gardens , one sunny and the other shaded. The main entrance leads directly into the living area with open kitchen and sofa bed. The double room , with access to the second garden, guarantees tranquility and comfort.
The private gardens allow you to start the day with an outdoor breakfast, relax with a book or simply enjoy an aperitif after returning from a walk. It is an ideal space to savor that feeling of tranquility that makes a stay on the lake special. The communal pool, then, is perfect for a moment of relaxation before dinner.
Gravedona is located on the northern shore of Lake Como, in an area known for its quieter and more authentic atmosphere.
From the Como Lake Nest you can set off to discover villages, walks, beaches and trails, or simply spend a day at the pool (open in the summer months).
The location is also ideal for exploring other places on the lake and enjoying different experiences: a day on the boat, a walk on the lakefront, a dinner at a local restaurant or a hike in the mountains.
To ensure a healthy and welcoming environment for everyone, we do not accept pets and smoking is not allowed inside the apartment .
Como Lake Nest is the ideal starting point for discovering Lake Como and, at the same time, the place to return to slow down and simply feel at home.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo , a benefit company committed to responsible tourism. It is part of the NativooForGood project, which promotes sustainability in short term rentals between Lake Como and Valsassina.

City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 10 nights


Tourist tax: In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality.

Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing).
The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement.
