Weekend Room

The room was as shown in the pictures and it was comfy. This is a good place for stroking our fork if you’re into hiking and mountain biking. Located above “Out Out” restaurant it is a bit noisy and hot in the room but the windows open easily and let in plenty of fresh air. It did the job for a weekend for a solo traveller but it would be a bit of a squeeze for two adults - the under bed storage is big enough for bags etc and the bed itself was comfy. Check in was the only sticking point as the postcode only takes you to the high street and after a long travel day it could be a little more obvious where the entrance is to the accommodation. Plenty of parking space for guests at the back of the property.

We’re grateful for the feedback and are glad you had a good stay. We’re glad the room was warm And that you were able to open the window to reach a temperature that suited you. We have different sized rooms in our property and have had lots of couples stay in room 3 and haven’t had any feedback that it’s been too small for them. Although the postcode takes you to the high street the guest guide we attach to every booking email gives detailed instructions on how to access the property including photographs but we’ll take another look at that to see if we can make it any clearer - maybe you missed the guest guide? If you’d let us know you were having trouble finding the entrance we’d have happily given you directions over the phone. Thanks Mark & Fiona
