Two Bed, ground floor apartment, AIr-Con, wifi, communal pool.

Self catering ground floor apartment located at the top of the hill beside the Unidad Supermarket on Urbanisation Monte Y Mar. The communal swimming pool is located just to the side of the property. Twenty minutes walk to the beach with supermarkets, restaurants/bars, ten minutes walk.
Open plan lounge/dining area and kitchen. Two double bedroom with king size beds. Family bathroom with shower over bath. The property offers full air conditioning throughout. There is a meter installed for the use of the air conditioning. It will be charged with funds for your use. It all of that is used up then you will need to top up the meter.

To the front of the property is a small terraced area ideal for dining al fresco or relaxing and soaking up the sun. Down the steps to the front terraced are where you can soak up the sun, or enjoy a BBQ. The communal swimming pool with separate child pool, shower and sun bathing are is just to the side of the property

The property is fully equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing enjoyable family holiday
