Welcome to “It’s Lovelier”, our cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, fully renovated and just a 5-minute walk from the sea! Located on the 4th floor with an elevator, this bright and comfortable space is perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing stay on the coast. Free on-site parking for one car.

Just a 5–10-minute walk to the sea, where you'll find charming cafés and restaurants.

A 20–25-minute walk to the city center, where you’ll discover a lovely morning fruit and vegetable market (Monday to Saturday), as well as shops, boutiques, cafés, pizzerias, and restaurants to meet all your needs.

It’s also a 20–25-minute walk to the train station, offering easy connections to Cinque Terre, Portofino, and Genoa.

If you enjoy hiking, there are trails with breathtaking views suitable for all levels in Chiavari, Riva Trigoso, Moneglia, Santa Margherita, Portofino, and the surrounding areas.

We spent wonderful time at Barbaras place in Chiavari. All was new, clean and so cozy. All equipment was in perfect shape and whole appartment has a good location (close to beach, close to city but still in calm area. I can only recomend

“It’s Lovelier” is the perfect title for this property. It’s lovelier than you would ever expect to find in a quaint little Italian town, and the host, Barbara is “lovelier” than any host I have ever experienced in many years using VRBO. The apartment is convenient to anything you might want to do, including shops and restaurants and the beach. It is in a lovely neighborhood that gives you the authentic feeling of being part of the community. The large apartment is immaculate, beautifully decorated and generously stocked with needs and comforts. Parking was easy, a big bonus!Barbara was so gracious with her time and knowledge. She suggested places to see, things to do, and even made some reservations for us! I would most definitely book this property again and we were so disappointed when our departure came too quickly. We have a new friend in Chiavari…
