The house has 3 bedrooms, a spacious sun terrace with furniture, large garden and private driveway. In the living room, the octagonal shape creates a cozy and spacious feeling. The comfortable sitting area is arranged around the fireplace. The living space is very light due to the windows all around, the skylight and the large sliding door. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, combination microwave, Senseo or Nespresso and filter coffee machine. The bedrooms each have 2 single box-spring beds. The spacious bathroom has a bath with whirlpool, separate shower and a second toilet. Your dog is welcome for a small fee. Bicycles and e-bikes can be rented at the park. The pleasant village of Hollum is within walking distance and a walk to the beach is also easy to make.
