Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom apartment nestled within a period townhouse in the sought-after Fairview area, close to from Cheltenham's Town Centre. Elegantly appointed and featuring a private entrance, our home is perfect for both business and leisure stays, offering an ideal base for your visit to Cheltenham.
Steps lead down to, private courtyard and the entrance to your home away from home. Step inside to find an entrance hallway with space to hang your coat and leave your shoes.
To the immediate right, you'll discover the main bedroom, featuring a comfy king-sized bed, built-in wardrobes, and a beautiful feature fireplace. Adjacent to the bedroom there is a modern shower room, complete with a large walk-in shower. Next to this is a useful utility cupboard, equipped with a washing machine and separate tumble dryer.
Also off the hallway is a cozy second bedroom (without windows), furnished with a bunk bed, bedside and small clothes rail to hang clothes.
The heart of the apartment is a spacious open-plan kitchen, living room, and dining area. Here, you'll find a 2-seater sofa, two armchairs, and a flat-screen SMART TV, perfect for accessing your streaming accounts. The dining area features a fold-out table with chairs for four, and the fully equipped kitchen boasts a fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, and Nespresso-style coffee maker. It is also equipped with all your basic cooking needs.
From the open-plan living area, you can step out into a small rear, private courtyard too. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, our thoughtfully designed apartment offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience in the heart of Cheltenham.

Cheltenham is a Regency Spa Town and is often called the Centre of The Cotswolds for being nestled in the valley of the surrounding Cotswold Hills. It is the perfect location for exploring surrounding Cotswolds including its famous hills and postcard perfect villages.
Carlton Street is located in Fairview, which is 8 min walk away from the Town Centre. The Promenade, the heart of Regency Cheltenham is a 15 min walk away. The nearest park is Sandford Park which is a 11 min walk away which also has Cheltenham's famous outdoor swimming pool: Sandford Parks Lido and that is also 11 min walk too.
Cheltenham's largest green space, with its own boating lake and fantastic kids playground is Pittville Park and is a 25 min walk. Pittville Park is also famous for Cheltenham's iconic Pump Rooms.
Lastly, Cheltenham Race Course is a 33 min walk away.

- We provide complimentary housekeeping services for stays longer than 7 nights. If you require additional items or housekeeping services for stays shorter than 7 nights, please contact us for availability and pricing.
- Our check-in and out times are listed on the property information. Where we can, we do try to accommodate early check-ins and we generally will be able to let you know on the day if we can do this and will update you as soon as the property is available.
