Jolly Mon-Lakefront cabin w/private dock & hot tub, community pool

Beautiful lakefront home with Private Dock and jet ski dock on ****Year Round DEEP Water*** on the Norris Lake shoreline. During the typical summer, the water at the dock is 35 feet deep. There is plenty of room to park your big boats and swim all around the dock area. In the late fall and winter, the water is approximately 15 to 20 feet deep.

Main Level (street level) has the kitchen overlooking the dining room and great room. A master, queen suite with TV and full bathroom provides convenience of no steps required. Upper Level offers two queen bedrooms with private sink/vanities. Both bedrooms straddle a Jack-n-Jill bathroom. Loft Level (2 levels up from Main Level) has full over full bunk beds. Lower Level provides second TV room, full bathroom, laundry room, spare refrigerator and two bedrooms (#5 & #6).

Your private hot tub overlooking the lake soaks the overworked muscles after playing on the water all day :) **prior to each rental, we empty, clean, and refill the hot tub.

Two decks provide a propane grill (free propane & basic grilling tools) and plenty of seating overlooking the lake. An observation deck built right on the shoreline provides a perfect reading room, tanning booth, and evening campfires. For low-cost firewood delivery, text the number posted in the home. You bring the pokers & skewers.

Your private dock provides a 10x24 foot covered boat slip, an uncovered slip, jet ski dock, and a HUGE swimming platform w/ ladder and seating. Large groups should bring some fold up chairs. You bring all the floatation toys. The dock does not have electricity. The boat ramp is 100 yards from the cabin. Trailers are parked inside our gated community in the designated parking area.

Pool - The community pool is about 1/3 mile from the cabin up a very steep street. This small, free pool includes a kiddie pool and does not require a fee or pass. It is clean but basic, with no lifeguards or concessions. Free parking is available.
