The perfect place to relax with family or friends, the house is modern with 3 bedrooms and it has a fantastic enclosed private garden. Located in the purbecks in the picturesque village of Wool; which has a few local pubs, shops, childrens play park and a great skate park. The house is close to a big playing field and amazing dog walking routes.

The house is perfectly located in the purbecks, it's only a 1 minute walk to wool train/bus station, a 10 minute drive to either Lulworth Castle or the same to Durdle Door/Lulworth Cove, Monkey World is only a 4 minute drive away, it's a 5 minute drive to Bovington Tank Museum, a 10 minute drive to historic town of Wareham. a 20 minute drive to Weymouth & a 14 minute drive to Corfe Castle. For the gold enthusiasts, the East Dorset Golf & Country Club is very close to Monkey World.
