Occupying the entire floor of this historic building, there are stunning and uninterrupted views across the South Inch Parkland in central Perth. Furnished with comfort in mind, you can put your feet up in front of the wood burning stove and relax. Furnishings are in keeping with the Georgian period and the apartment has recently been fully renovated to a very high standard. The property is situated only a few minutes walk from the galleries, restaurants and cafes of Perth City Centre and Perth mainline railway station. What makes this property unique
I fell in love with this beautiful property as soon as I walked inside. We like to call it the 'Happy Flat'! It is so light and so beautiful, I never want to leave each time I visit. I just knew it would be the most perfect holiday home so that others could enjoy it as much as I do. The views are just stunning and there is a real sense of space and privacy inside, despite being situated in central Perth. It is also lovely to find a property dating from the Georgian period that has been so well taken care of and loved. It was my pleasure to carry out the most recent sympathetic renovation.
