Newer property with AC between two tube stops and Very close to the mall which helps if you are traveling from afar. Host was communicative and helpful. only feedback which others have mentioned too is the key pickup and dropoff process which ideally is made smoother given most travelers are with luggage and may find it difficult to lug it around for key pickup and drops.
