Located in one of the calmest areas of Oeiras, the apartment is situated approximately 2 km from all services.
In the kitchen, you will find everything you need to cook a delicious meal that you can serve to friends or family, seated around the table inside the house, or on a beautiful balcony and enjoy the late afternoon sun.
The room has a super comfortable double bed, with fresh hotel-quality sheets. There is also ample storage space and a wardrobe so that you can unpack and settle in completely.
In the room, there is a sofa bed for a medium-sized person, which is also equipped with high-standard sheets to ensure a great night's sleep.
In the morning, when you want to refresh yourself, simply go to the well-equipped bathroom, where you can enjoy a relaxing shower (bathtub).
Towels for bathing and face are provided.
The property will be professionally cleaned before your stay.
The Apartment is airy and sunny, with views of the countryside. Located on the ground floor, total area of 85 m2, a spacious living room, 1 bedroom, 1 entrance hall, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 balcony. Public transportation at the door, supermarkets 600 meters away.

- NO SMOKING IN ALL APARTMENTS
- ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED

ADDITIONAL FEES
1. Late check-in (until 24h and after 24h):
- $45 until midnight
- $65 after 24h
2. Deposit: 250€
3. Door opening (key loss)
• Prices during the week:
- 40€ until 8 PM
- €60 until 24h
- $120 after 24h.
• On weekends and holidays, an additional 20€ is charged.
• Cost of specialized technical intervention, in addition to the presented values.
4. Need to make new keys: 25€.
5. Displacement to assist in handling equipment (when not justified):
- 40€ until 8 PM
- €60 until 24h
- $120 after 24h.
• On weekends and holidays, an additional 20€ is charged.
6. Missing or damaged articles after the stay charge (deposit).
7. Late check out (not authorized or previously agreed): 70€ after 11:00 AM.
