4-bedroom house in wonderful Denderleeuw with AC, WiFi

Het huis is volledig verbouwd. Het appartement waarin u zal verblijven heeft een oppervlakte van 160 vierkante meter, bevat 3 slaapkamers, een slaapbank en 3 zonneterrassen. Alles is piccobello, nieuw gerief! Alle luxe is hier aanwezig, van elektrische fietsen tot airco. We zorgen er voor dat alles heel proper is! Perfecte ligging: op 40minGent/Brug/Brus/Ant en op 5min van groot station Denderleeuw, bakker, slager, warenhuis, fruitwinkel, boerderij… Onze straat is zeer rustig, de enige mensen die in onze straat komen met de auto zijn diegene die er wonen. Spelen op straat is dus zeker mogelijk en nachtlawaai zal je hier zeker niet hebben. Om te fietsen is het ook echt een droom: direct de velden in om de mooiste fietsroutes te ontdekken. We hebben een beveiligde garage indien nodig.. We kunnen een goede prijs maken voor langer verhuur. We zijn steeds bereikbaar en wonen beneden. Dieren ok! Wensen? Vraag het ons!

This apartment was in a beautiful, rural area where we could relax and watch the sheep in the pasture behind the house. It is close to grocery stores and only 10 minutes from the train station by car. The apartment itself is very cute and fit our group of five adults perfectly, making for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The owners were very helpful and returned our texts quickly. Overall, I would give the apartment 5 stars.

A wonderful stay with exceptional hostsWe are a family of 4 and had an fantastic stay in Denderleeuw. The communication with our hosts was outstanding from the very beginning quick replies, always reachable, and genuinely warm and helpful.The apartment itself is very spacious, spotless, and perfect for families and groups. There’s plenty of room to relax, cook, and hang out together; yes, the sheep and view are highlights too :-) the sun loungers invite you to relax. Even the sofas are so comfortable that you can easily sleep on them. Sam and Isabel mentioned they could provide additional sleeping options if needed.The sofa-space upstairs but also extras in kitchen was a real highlight for our two teenagers: an airfryer, a popcorn machine (with popcorn already in the cupboard!), and everything else you might need. We also appreciated the bathrobes, towels, and all the thoughtful touches that made the place feel extra welcoming.Sam and Isabel go above and beyond for their guests ,they even offer rides to the train station when possible, answer every question with patience, and give fantastic tips for day trips. Thanks to them, we visited Gent and had a truly wonderful day there.In the evening, they even invited us over such a lovely sense of community if you want it. At the same time, they respect your privacy completely, and everything is communicated kindly.Highly recommended - we felt very much comfortable and would happily come back.

We were very impressed with the apartment. Sam and Isabel were perfect hosts. The apartment was pleasantly comfortable during a record heatwave and the country views were beautiful. This was our first time in Brussels and enjoyed the atmosphere and hospitality very much.

We leven op de boerenbuiten en toch zijn we op 10min op de autostrade. Alles binnen Max 1u te bezoeken indien gewenst: 30min naar Gent, Brussel, 45min naar Antwerpen en Brugge, 1u naar de zee… centraler kan je niet liggen in België.
