Each room has its own en-suite bathroom, which includes a shower tray, bidet, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer. The wardrobes are spacious, offering ample space to organise your clothes. Additionally, both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure your comfort throughout the year.



Living Room-Dining Room: The living room is bright and cosy, with a comfortable sofa and a large dining table. It also features a Smart TV with international channel application so you can enjoy your favourite programmes and films, as well as free WiFi access to keep you connected.



Kitchen: Fully equipped, the kitchen features a capsule coffee maker, a 3-burner stove, a toaster, a juicer, an electric kettle, and all the necessary cooking utensils to easily prepare your meals.



Laundry Area: For your convenience, the house also includes a laundry area with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.



Community swimming pool: The community swimming pool is calm and perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the island.

A very comfortable accommodation in peaceful surroundings. Had everything we needed as a family, very comfortable beds and a lovely private courtyard area to enjoy relaxing in. Eva at Lanzarote Vacation Experts was very helpful and swift in her responses and I found dealing with the company in general very easy and they were very accommodating of our specific needs. I would definitely use them again should I return to Lanzarote. Thank you for a great stay!

Lovely accommodation in a peaceful part of the island

Good accommodation and plenty of room in and around the villa for the three of us. Nice location with easy access to seafront, with lovely walk and restaurants. Access to community pool was great. We really enjoyed our stay. Thankyou. Seating in lounge area felt a bit of an afterthought although in fairness given the beautiful weather we spent most of our time outside. Better instructions to the property and clear address would be helpful - our taxi driver could not find it. Also on entering the complex the film wouldn’t download due to poor mobile reception so again maybe something to think about. It only took us 5 minutes to work out where the property was so just a minor inconvenience.
