Host was very welcoming and friendly. The unit however is on the 3rd or 4th floor with no elevator. Its a hike up. Also, no TV and the water pressure needs to be looked at. If 2 people shower at the same time, one gets no water at all. Lastly, the AC/Heat units do not heat mainly when it is cold out.

Dear John, thank you for sharing your experience. We truly appreciated it. 1. As clearly stated in the listing description, the apartment is on a top floor with no elevator. 2. A smart TV is located in the living room, hidden behind a large painting, for design reasons. 3. The entire heating and Air Conditioning System is new and fully functional. Perhaps you did not set it up correctly. I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience. A quick message or a call would had solve it rapidly. We hope to welcome you back to our apartment soon. Best Regards.
