Stay at our 3-bedroom villa for a truly relaxing Cyprus vacation. Enjoy the amazing views of the Mediterranean and the Troodos foothills. Swim in the private pool, soak in the hot tub or just bask in the sun in the privacy of the garden. Comfortably sleeps six. Beaches, golf, charming village taverns nearby, as well as a range of other activities at a short distance. Suited for both summer and winter stays.

The villa draws on local Cyprus design, while having all modern comforts. Air conditioning/heating units with timers in each bedroom and in the dining and living room. Each room has ample wardrobe space for your clothes and accessories, as well as vanities with mirrors and chairs. One of the king bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower, and the other two king bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

The open-plan living room, dining room, and kitchen are ideally set up for socializing both during the day and in the evening. Enjoy the view directly from the living room that also opens up on the main patio.

The garden features a large swimming pool. Pool heating is available in the cooler months for an extra charge. When enjoying the sun by the pool, lay on the sun loungers or the hammock between the palm trees. Or sit in the comfortable lounge seating group and enjoy the views. You'll also find additional places to relax around the villa – a garden swing in a private corner of the garden, a small seating group under the palm trees, and a cafe seating group on the kitchen patio.

The kitchen is fully set up with all appliances needed, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, water boiler, toaster, juice press, halloumi grill, blender, etc. Eat inside at the rustic dining table or the outdoor dining table by the pool – both tables comfortably seat six.

The entire villa, with its amenities, as well as the garden, hot tub, and swimming pool, are for your enjoyment during your stay. Each guest is provided with a full set of bath towels, as well as a beach towel. There is a washing machine to make your life easier for your longer stays – then just dry your clothes in the Mediterranean sun.

The villa is set up for serious work or personal entertainment, with a fibre Internet connection (theoretical speeds of 500 Mbps downstream/200 Mbps upstream). The villa has a smart TV for your favourite streaming service, as well as many international channels.

Services are a short drive away, and while there is also a convenient bus service to Paphos, it is recommended to rent a car to get around.
