🔐 Due to legal requirements in Spain and the issue of so-called “squatters,” the apartment is equipped with an alarm system that includes 2 security cameras (one in the living room and another in the room adjacent to the kitchen), as well as motion sensors on doors and windows.
These devices are DISABLED during guests’ stays, and the cameras have covers that prevent any recording. The alarm is activated only when the apartment is unoccupied.
