As you step into Ritson Farm, you’ll immediately feel at home. The entrance hall is adorned with a unique display of old keys on a 14th-Century oak mount. The spacious kitchen is complete with a gas Rayburn and modern appliances, perfect for family gatherings. The stunning conservatory invites you to enjoy the glorious outdoor space and admire the green rolling hills of Devon’s countryside. One of the double bedrooms is located on the ground floor with an ensuite.
You’ll notice the craftmanship of the owner, a skilled carpenter, throughout the property. From the reclaimed window frames from the Dartmouth Lower Ferry to the kitchen island, crafted from a local chestnut tree, each room offers its own unique feature. It really is something special.
