About this property
Bluebell Cottage, Aberporth
Bluebell Cottage is a converted 18th-century barn full of character, set in a quiet wooded valley on a small equestrian farm in Beulah just 4 miles from the dog-friendly beaches of Cardigan Bay and the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. It’s a great base for exploring the local area, with views towards the seaside villages of Tresaith, Llangrannog, and New Quay.
The cottage features original oak beams, vaulted ceilings, and a cosy wood burner perfect for relaxing after a day out. The lounge opens onto a private balcony with seating, ideal for enjoying the peaceful surroundings. There's also a spacious garden and access to open fields, making it a great spot for families and dogs.
Walking routes start right from the door, including a handy path to the village of Betws Ifan, where you’ll find a bakery selling fresh bread and cakes. For essentials, there’s a shop at the petrol station in nearby Beulah.
The area has plenty to offer such as quiet coves like Mwnt and Ferwig, the wide beach at Poppit Sands, pony trekking in the Preseli Hills, and the historic market town of Cardigan with its shops, pubs, and castle.
Bluebell Cottage is ideally located for discovering the best of both Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire, whether you're after a beach day, a country walk, or a quiet break in nature.
