This delightful 40 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 1st floor via stairs. Guest must climb several steps to reach the building.

It is designed with open and modern living and kitchen areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area, including a double couch bed, where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery for making delicious meals.

The bedroom is well decorated and it includes a comfortable queen bed fitted, air conditioning, multiple storage spaces, and a small balcony.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Guindais is a historic Porto neighbourhood located on the steep hillsides near the Douro River. Known for its picturesque streets and stunning views of the city, it offers a more intimate, less commercialized experience compared to other Porto districts. The area is famous for its traditional stone houses, narrow alleyways, and the iconic Funicular dos Guindais, which transports visitors up and down the hill, offering a unique perspective of the city’s vibrant landscape.

Tourists visiting Guindais can enjoy the area's scenic charm while exploring its proximity to the Ribeira district and the Dom Luís I Bridge. The neighbourhood’s mix of old-world charm and striking panoramic views make it an ideal destination for those seeking to experience Porto's authentic character. It’s a perfect spot for a quiet stroll or to capture beautiful photos of Porto's terraced rooftops and the shimmering Douro River below.

The property is easily accessible by foot and guests need to climb a series of steps to access the building.

The nearest subway station, São Bento, is just 650 meters away.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 21-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
