This is an acceptable stay. Close to the train and grocery store. If you’re planning on spending a lot of your time in the flat, there’s definitely some room for improvement. The mattresses are hard and the pillows have no life in them. But these are simple changes that would improve the stay. I will mention that for our stay the A/C, which is not an A/C but a “cooling system from the heat pump so it cools the room down. It won’t start blasting cold air at you with a fan”, didn’t work for the duration of our stay. I was in constant communication with the host but fixing it never felt like a priority which was a bummer because that was the only reason we booked this flat.An honest review of this place is that it’s fine, but I think there’s a disconnect between the expectation of the guest and quality of the stay, meaning you can find better for less . I do think that with a bit more care this can be a great stay. New mattresses, pillows, kitchen knives, & fans. I also don’t want this review to come across as bitter, I just feel like the place should either be cheaper or the stay should be more comfortable to justify the price.
