This condo is centrally located in Branson and just 2 blocks from the main strip in Branson, yet tucked away along the Thousand Hills Golf Course so you can enjoy a quiet setting that happens to be very close to the most popular Branson attractions. The condo is just minutes away from everything Branson has to offer for your memorable vacation.

Our condo is very spacious and much larger than most condos with about 1400 sq. ft. of living space. The condo comes fully equipped with all the comforts of home to include a 55" HDTV in the living area, sofa sleeper plus a separate reclining sofa, recliner, WIFI, Two King Beds with pillow top mattresses, formal dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, a 50' TV in the master bedroom, and a DVD player with many DVD movies at the condo for your enjoyment and use. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer.

The enclosed sunroom is a great place to relax or have a morning cup of coffee and enjoy the view of Thousand Hills Golf course and the hills of Branson. You will not find more pleasant accommodations than at "The Fairways". This condo offers so much more space than most condos in Branson. The views are great and It is easy to relax and enjoy your time at this condo since it includes all the comforts of home. There is parking directly in front and you are just steps from the front door.. It has been completely updated and in a PERFECT location..

This upscale condo is just a few blocks away from Branson's famous 76 Country Music Blvd.(The Strip), and just minutes away from all the entertainment with easy access to all the shows, restaurants, shopping, and activities for the entire family. Just a few short miles and you can be at either Table Rock or Taneycomo lakes with all the water sports, fishing, and outdoor activities available. Historic downtown and Branson Landing are also just a very short drive away. You can also take the 'scenic back way' to Silver Dollar city and be there in just minutes. You will be amazed at what a truly great location this is in the heart of Branson for your peaceful and relaxing stay in Branson.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

• Please set thermostat to 75 degrees in the summer and 65 in the winter • Please remove all food and beverages and place trash in • If time permits, please start a load of towels
• Please make sure the key is placed back in the box located outside the unit or leave on counter. Thank you for your cooperation and we hope you enjoyed your stay at our favorite vacation spot.

Why they chose this property

We have owned several condos in Branson before we found this one and also have several others. We waited and looked for years prior to purchasing this condo. We wanted to be in Thousand Hills because of the large size of these condos (approx. 1400 sq. ft.) and the PERFECT location it offers. It's central location is within minutes of everything Branson has to offer. It is fully equipped with everything you might need to have a great stay and vacation in Branson. We plan to someday retire in Branson and live in this Condo full time. We love it there.
