Amazing property!! It was so nice to be able to go into the busy Mykonos city and then retreat to this peaceful property. The villa was so clean it looked brand new. The hosts were immediately available at all times and helped with our needs and requests in less than 30 minutes. The pool and view of the city from all of the seating spots was a highlight. We really enjoyed a cup of coffee and breakfast overlooking the city and bay in the mornings and then seeing the lights of the city while having a drink in the evenings. We stayed with 4 young kids and would definitely stay here again.

The Schatz property is very beautiful. I can not say enough times - how amazing, attentive, and timely - Christaki, all of the drivers, and all of the team members are. They were wonderfully helpful and so very kind with all of their communication. You won’t find a better host or team anywhere. We appreciated them very much. It is a bit far out from any type of activity - except hiking. However, the staff is there 24/7 to eagerly and kindly drive you anywhere at anytime. It was FANTASTIC. My family (of six) is not a “party” group, so the distance to the town area of Mykonos was not an issue for us. The Villa was perfect for us to hangout as a family, we enjoyed, time in town, a boating excursion, and a great day at the beach! We would have loved the pool to be warm. We would have had enjoyed pool time, but still enjoyed the gorgeous views of the pool and landscapes.

We entrusted you with a newly renovated property and unfortunately significant damage was caused during your visit. As guests, it is expected that the property is returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, with respect and care for the owner’s investment. We always strive to provide the best possible experience for our guests, but respect for the property is equally important. For this reason, we strongly disagree with your negative rating, as it does not accurately represent the situation or the level of hospitality we provided.
