This secluded seaside villa offers panoramic views of the sea and mountains. Located within the Punta Aderci Nature Reserve, known for its beautiful beaches, hiking trails, and bike paths, it is the ideal place for a peaceful holiday. You’ll be enchanted by the lush garden, the sunsets over the mountains, and the sound of the sea. Amid all this natural beauty, the villa’s interior is elegant and comfortable. We’ve thought of every detail to make your stay extraordinary, so you can relax and make it memorable!

The Space

Outside, a beautiful garden overlooking the sea is shaded by pine trees, with views of the mountains and outdoor areas where you can relax and enjoy your stay. Double doors lead to the living room and dining area, the kitchen, and the guest bathroom. Upstairs, there are three comfortable bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The double beds are made up with fresh percale sheets, and bath towels are also provided. For larger families, we can add extra single beds to these rooms.

The house is completely private and equipped with every comfort. The fully equipped kitchen is every cook’s dream, featuring Franke appliances including a built-in ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and electric kettle. Beautiful copper cookware and sharp kitchen knives, an abundance of dishes, and crystal glasses. A Weber grill is located just outside the kitchen door.

High-speed internet and Chromecast functionality for video streaming are available.

Parking is available outside the gate; cars cannot be driven inside. There is a small service lift for luggage only. The floors are connected by an outdoor spiral staircase, which may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. We regret that we cannot accommodate pets of any kind.

Guest Access

The entire villa and its garden are at your disposal, but please note that the basement is used for storage, and the bathroom there is not in use.

Other things to keep in mind

The shops, restaurants, and equipped beaches of Casalbordino Lido are a 15-minute walk away.
There are wild beaches right in front of the house, which stretch intermittently all the way to one of the region’s most beautiful beaches, Punta Penna.

The best beaches for young children are Lido di Casalbordino and the sandy beach at Punta Penna. Here, the water is generally shallow and calm.

In the basement, there are toys, bicycles, and floats for our young guests.
