Nestled in a quaint neighborhood, this charming 1950s home has been thoughtfully updated to offer modern amenities while retaining its original character. We love adding special touches to our decor for holidays and seasons to make your stay even more enjoyable. Our property manager is also a local florist, so be sure to ask about deals on beautiful floral bouquets during your visit.

This spacious 2000 sq ft home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a sunroom for extra relaxation space. The master bedroom is a combination of two rooms, providing ample space for your comfort. The master bathroom is complete with an oversized soaking tub and shower. Our stainless steel kitchen appliances make cooking a breeze, and you can enjoy your meals on the deck of our back porch. The home also features a 4K 55" TV, washer and dryer, and a carport for two vehicles, plus a long driveway.

The mattresses in the home are Euro Top, with two queen and one full size beds, and the sofa has a built-in bed. We provide extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. Please note that we've prepared a starter pack of essential supplies, including toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and more to make settling in effortless. Should you require additional items, kindly replenish them as needed.

For families traveling with small children, our property manager is also a BabyQuip provider and can provide cribs, car seats, and toy baskets for a rental fee. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Please note that pets are welcome with our permission and an additional pet fee for up to two pets. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring pets, as only house-trained pets are allowed. Although the yard is not currently fenced in, it's perfect for pets. Don't forget to bring a leash for walking your furry friends.

We strive to make this as much like a home away from home experience as possible.

Roku TV and Wifi are available for your convenience.

We provide wash cloths, towels, basic toiletries (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, etc.) for your bathing needs, similar to what you would expect in a hotel.

In the kitchen, we provide basic kitchen ware including cook ware, plates, utensils, and paper towels. We have a refrigerator, stove-top / oven, coffee pot, microwave, and dishwasher with detergent available for you to use.

You may also use the washer, dryer, and ironing board in the home. We also stock laundry detergent and dryer sheets for your use.

There are games in the sun room you can use, and of course, you are welcome to use the tables and chair on the back deck or rocking chairs on the front.

What not to use:
The fireplace is DECORATIVE ONLY - it is not to be used.
The shed on the side yard is also unavailable for use.
The locked closet inside is also unavailable for use, as it is reserved for our cleaning staff.

Otherwise, the rest of the home is available to you.

Interaction will be minimal unless you request more; we respect your privacy. A key code will be provided for your check-in, and a local property manager will be available if you need anything.

Driving is the easiest way to get around town. We recommend a car, but you may also see the neighbors out and about in golf carts.

We are Savannah natives, so we are happy to provide restaurant and tour recommendations, should you need them! Please don't hesitate to reach out.

For longer term stays (1 week or more), we will do our best to provide plenty of towels and supplies, but please keep in mind you may want to wash the used towels (washer and dryer provided) and supplement with your own supplies. Additional cleaning during your stay can be coordinated if requested in advance.
