We are surrounded by neighbors so we would greatly appreciate if you could keep the noise down past 11 pm with loud music or disturbances. No parties.
Turn off all lights and tv when leaving the house. No shoes inside the house. However, house slippers are fine.
No eating in the bedroom. No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere inside the house (The patio is the only designated smoking area)

The property was good for a very small dog. The yard is quite small and not fitting for a large dog. Overall it was clean but the floors were extremely dirty.

Family Holiday

We had a great stay here with our daughter, her husband, and their 3 children. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the space worked well for us. The basketball hoop/ball in the laundry room was enjoyed by everyone, especially as tropical storm Debby was passing through, and we weren't out and about as much as we might have been. The location was good, as not far from downtown/the Riverfront when we did venture out.
