Spacious private single family house sitting right by the beautiful Wollaston beach. Stunning Ocean and Boston Skyline views from the master bedroom and living/dinning/kitchen area. Steps to beach, restaurants (e.g. the Clam Box), parks, and children’s play ground. Great place to walk, to jog, picnic or just lay down to get a suntan.

Open floor plan with newly renovated chief’s kitchen, new hardwood floor throughout the house and tasteful decorations. Easy access to Boston/places-of-interests: 9 mile to Downtown Boston via I-93; 1 mile to Wollaston Subway station with Red Line T to Boston, MIT and Harvard. Bus stop is one block away. Master bedroom: King bed + Private bathroom+suite with an extra twin bed; Bedroom 2: Queen bed; Private driveway parking of 4 cars. Local regulation that only allows four or less unrelated parties to stay overnight will be followed.

The most well-outfitted VRBO I’ve ever stayed at (and I have stayed at dozens). Everything we could want or need was already there!The location was superb- across the street from the beach, a couple minutes walk to a playground for the grandsons, and the best clam shack (The Clam Box) steps away from the playground! Close to a T stop (we drove because we had little kids with us).The bedroom arrangement is slightly strange with rooms inside rooms, but worked out great for our group- grandparents and family of four.The kitchen was great! Gas range, large fridge, large sink, plenty of cookware, dishes, cutlery, glassware, etc. also prior guests (I suppose) had left sugar and spices. Keurig with coffee pods (thank you!) electric kettle (a necessity for our Brit son-in-law), and a filtered water container for the fridge, plus plenty of ice cube trays.The place was spotlessly clean! There were plenty of towels, and even facial tissue, and hand soap at every sink.We had a couple of issues and they were taken care of quickly with a phone call to the host.We had a wonderful stay! Highly recommend!

It was a nice spacious home and very clean. I just wish there was more than one television. The only issue I had was the bedroom door locked without me loving it and it took a few hours for me to get in contact with the host to help me get it back open. But other than that I enjoyed my stay and I would rent again if possible.

We liked the neighborhood the VRBO was located it. Close to restaurants, park, ocean, variety store etc. We walked through the neighborhood each night and felt very safe. The kitchen was big, open, and well stocked.

The home was welcoming, clean, fresh and as described in the listing. Easily accessible (walkable) to the beach, dining and local market. Host was quick to answer any and all questions I had. Quite enjoyable and would stay again if we came to that area.

The property was very clean. It was a little drafty (we were there in winter) and to adjust the heat we would have had to contact the host. House was super comfortable, had everything we needed. Host was super responsive. Everything was easy to find. Parking was good, location was good. We stayed in winter so can’t comment on the beach experience. Playground super nearby which is great for kids.
