With incredible views and your own private gite with courtyard, you can enjoy peace and tranquility with exceptional views. The gite is quirky and quaint with a mezzanine double bedroom, low ceilings and stylish decor, you have dining and relaxing areas both inside and outside.
Just 20 minutes from the lake beach at St Estephe, and 20 minutes to Nontron, all amenities are close by. The local village of Javerlhac-et-la-Chapelle-Saint-Robert has two boulangeries, a convenience store, bar and pharmacy. Just 30 minutes away you will find Brantome and Angouleme with their wonderful opportunities for sightseeing, visiting markets and eating in a wide variety of restaurants
