Tucked away in the heart of Fulham’s desirable Sands End, this charmingly compact two-bedroom home is a stylish retreat finished in rich cobalt blues. With excellent access to riverside walks, Imperial Wharf Overground, Chelsea Harbour, and the King’s Road just 20 minutes away on foot, this cosy bolthole is perfectly placed for exploring west London. Don’t miss the local favourite - the Fulham Arms, just opposite, for a Sunday roast.

Step into a well-designed open-plan living space, where comfort and practicality come together. The sitting area includes a TV and a double sofa bed to accommodate two additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar for three and a coffee machine to start your day right.

· Master Bedroom: Features a double-sized bed, wardrobe, and a stylish en-suite bathroom with shower, sink, and WC.
· Second Bedroom: A small but cosy room with a double bed, best suited for shorter stays or children. (Note: limited storage in this room.)
· Second Bathroom: Off the main living space, this additional bathroom includes a shower, sink, and WC.
Baby cot (with mattress) and high chair available at £12 per day plus delivery fee.
