If you require three (3) separate beds for the 4 people staying in the apartment (both bedroom, double beds + sofa bed) then there will be an additional fee of £35.00 to pay for the 3rd bed linens.


If you are five (5) people we provide 3 beds, (including both bedrooms & sofa bed). The booking fees include the linens & towels (2 per person = 10 towels) for the 2 double beds in each of the bedrooms and the sofa bed in the living room.


Our Apartment:
The apartment provides many essential items to ensure you have a hassle free start to your stay. Do remember this is a self-catering apartment. Items provided on arrival may require replenishment during your stay. If they do the run out you will only need to replace them if you need them during your stay. We will replace them after your stay.

Apartment dimensions & location:
The dimensions are, inside - 950sq feet (90m2) & back garden - 10sq feet (2m2). For our smokers you may smoke in the garden. We do provide an ashtray.

It is located on the ground floor of a three (3) story house. There are two (2) other apartments in the building on the first & second floors.


Apartment availability:
The apartment is maintained by our Housekeeper & Co-ordinator extraordinaire, who prepares it immediately after the guests check out and it’s therefore available 24/7.

We use a safe key system for storing the apartment keys, which means you have no hassle access regardless of your time of arrival. The safe is located by the communal hallway area, which monitored by CCTV for your safety & security.


We are available 24/7 if you have any urgent needs, which you must address immediately. I provide full mobile, email an IM contact details for us once you’ve booked the apartment.

The Neighbourhood
The apartment, located in Fulham SW6 and it’s within walking distance of many of London's sights, from the River Thames to Fulham Road to London’s luxurious Kings Road to Chelsea Wharf to Kew Gardens to Kensington Palace, Hyde Park to Battersea Park & Power Station.


The Albert Hall, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Cathedral, London Eye, West End, London’s theatre land and the City of London are but 20-25 minutes by tube.


There are lots of shops in Fulham and the best grocery stores nearby are Sainsbury’s, Tesco’s, (3 min walk) Fulham Road or Marks & Spencer, Putney High Street.


Fulham Road, Fulham Broadway, Hammersmith Riverside & Putney High Street have a veritable feast of international & ethnic restaurants, pubs and cafes.


For those looking for late nightlife there are a number of clubs on High Street Kensington & the King’s Road if you’d rather not travel to the West End.


For those who enjoy walking there is a fantastic walk along the Thames River from Putney Bridge to Hammersmith Bridge and back again, which passes by Harrods Depository, London Wetland Nature Reserve Bishops Park & the Riverside Studios.


For the Premier League loving football fans the apartment is located approximately 20 minutes from Chelsea FC & 10 minutes Fulham FC. However, it is far enough away that you are not troubled by the noise or the marching army of fans making their way to and from the grounds.

The timings given here are for if you are going slowly but if you walk at a faster pace, the time will be less.

There is an abundance of public transport (bus, cabs, trains & tubes) within 0-10 minutes that provides access to local, national & international travels (trains, planes & automobiles), London’s many historic and beautiful attractions.

The apartment is located on a secluded road in SW6 London, noise is low and there is plenty of street parking. The avenue directly outside is available for parking. Between the hours of 17h30–09h00 parking is free and generally available. The Avenue is not a 'through road' a safety barrier prevents passage. This means the number of cars parking is low.

Local charges do apply Mon – Sat: 09h00 - 17h30, £2.80 per hr. Parking is often available right outside the front door of the house.

Just Park can offer great bargains in the area. Why not check this out if arriving by car?

There are half a dozen Santander Cycle Hire locations within 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment for those wishing to have a leisurely cycle around the capital. There are half a dozen plus ZIP car hire points & an Avis Car rental office again within 10 minute walk for those requiring cars.

Such a great little apartment. Close to trains and buses and easy to navigate around. We enjoyed our 6 night stay immensely My only negative was that both beds were against the wall so one person had to climb over the other person to get out.

Great Location

The apartment is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood but close to two football stadiums, lots of good restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops and bars. The bus line and tube stations are also convenient to the location. Great for two couples or a family of 4.

Enjoyed our Stay

The property was what we expected from the listing. Four adults stayed at this property and we cooked our breakfast and dinner each night. It was in a good location. We could walk to the store, small restaurants, and I even felt comfortable running through the neighborhoods and along the canal in the early morning. Communication and any questions we had were answered properly.

Fulham is both quiet and lively, a village like neighborhood and London's key attractions are within easy reach via the District Line. It felt like living with the locals . All around excellent experience

Perfect location and wonderful experience for our family of four. Andrew was always prompt in replying to any questions and very nice. The caretaker Maddie checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. The proximity to Bishop's park and the Thames, easy tube access points (District Line straight into center of London), and nice Fulham neighborhood all made this place perfect for us. I would not hesitate to stay there again!

Great flat outside of London

This was a great flat rental for our group of 4 during our recent vacation to London. Andrew's communication was detailed and prompt, including checking in on us once we arrived to ensure everything was satisfactory. Flat was clean with plenty of amenities to make our stay enjoyable. 7 minute walk to the tube stop, several delicious neighborhood restaurants close by, and grocery shopping only a few blocks away. Nice place to stay for a London visit

We had a very nice 5 day stay at this place; The location is great, a nice residential street, with shops/restaurants 5 mins away and the tube station 10 mins walk. The apartment was well stocked (includes a smart phone - very useful in a foreign country) and tidy. I had one thing I needed to ask Andrew and he could not have been more helpful. They also provided a cot/crib for our youngest. Overall recommend staying here!

Wonderful Stay in Quiet London Neighborhood

We had a wonderful time in London thanks in part to the excellent accommodations. The apartment description was very accurate. Everything was clean and comfortable. Took about 12 minutes to walk to the tube at Putney Bridge station which then got us to most London attractions in 30 minutes. Andrew was quick to answer any questions. The neighborhood was lovely and very quiet. It is a quick 10-minute walk to groceries and restaurants. We would highly recommend as a perfect place to stay outside London.

Great stay for a London Holiday trip!

We had a great visit to London over the holidays and this apartment was a great place for our family. The two bedroom, two bath layout is great for a family. We were able to have breakfast at home before our daily adventures to the city. The location was very convenient to the Underground, various bus lines, grocery stores and various pubs and restaurants!! Andrew was very informative prior to our trip and gave us good tips on things to do and setting up transportation from the airport to the apartment. The unit was equipped with everything you'd need from towels, dishes, outlet converters, washing machine, etc. Overall we had a fabulous trip and this unit was great.

Comfortable apartment, convenient neighbourhood

Andrew was extremely responsive and prompt in getting back to us. The apartment is comfortable and everything was as we were told it would be. My husband is physically handicapped and we were able to get him in and out of the apartment in his small wheelchair by tilting and lifting the chair over the step-up and doorway lip. This would probably not work for a bigger person. There are many cafes and restaurants in the neighbourhood and it’s perfectly situated for ease of transportation and for enjoying beautiful walks. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful experience!

This is the first time that I have used VRBO and it was wonderful experience. Andrew was a great host and always kept in touch to make sure we didn't need anything. The apartment was clean and decorated with comfortable touches and had everything we needed. We loved the large living room/TV room and the outdoor patio/garden space the best. Overall, our experience was really great. We would definitely come back and I highly recommend staying here. You'll enjoy it and most importantly, you'll be in good hands. We love the Fulham area! Nice quiet street and super charming neighborhood. Close to parks and public transportation (bus, metro and trains) all within close walking distance. At the end of the street, there is the Fulham house and La Pizzica, great restaurants with friendly people. A block away is a park & castle which were great for my granddaughter. Close to the castle is another great restaurant. Fishers, that has fantastic fish and chips.

Clean and comfortable in nice neighborhood

This property was well worth the reservation - apartment is extremely clean, well-stocked, organized, and well-represented in the details of the listing. Very detailed safety information is posted everywhere, and listing agents are very accommodating and have wonderful communication. We had no issues with check-in, check-out, or finding anything we needed. I was a bit anxious about a couple outings we had booked in the city that would have us getting back to the apartment via the tube after dark with our family of five (girls ages 18, 16, and 11), but the neighborhood is super quiet and safe, and it was never an issue at all. Cafe and pizzeria at end of the block are very convenient. Walk to the tube is all of the 10-15 minutes as indicated and involved crossing several streets/intersections - was never an issue for our family, but be sure to prepare for it. Also be sure to pack ear plugs if you have any light sleepers - the upstairs neighbors got quite loud with both the TV and laughter at times. (Obviously not something under the listing agent's control, but just be prepared!) We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for accommodations in the southwest London area.

Not quite what the pictures show.....

The apartment is in the ground floor of a 2 floor terrace house only, not the whole building. Upstairs appears to be another rental unit as during the 10 days we stayed at this apartment we heard dogs, children and loud music. Other days nothing. The house itself is under the flightpath of Heathrow so you cannot keep the windows open at night. The entrance hall is drab to say the least. On the plus side the showers were modern in style but the shower at the back of the building took an age to drain. Thus you were standing in waste water for a while. The back bedroom is claustrophobic with literally a bed and very little other furniture. The washer/dryer combination takes only a small load before it gives up the ghost. For the first 3 days the TV wouldn't work. We reported this to the owner who kept saying "read the manual". Eventually he sent someone in to check it out and they found that there was a disconnected wire. Buses are about a 5 minute walk, tubes are about 15 mins either Putney or Parsons Green. The house itself is in a very quiet area (except for the planes overhead). The Asian gentleman in the local convenience store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. To sum up my family and I would not stay at this apartment again. It may suit others.

This appears to be an unfortunate booking from Phil's perspective. Phil stated in his email after arrival that he would have preferred to have opted for a nice hotel with room service. My apartment is self-catering. People staying need to read the listing information and documents provided in full before arriving as there is a requirement for guests to be self-supporting. For example the problem with 1 of the 3 tv's was that the cable was not firmly pushed into the TV router. The other 2 TV's in the apartment worked perfectly. When we pushed this cable back in for Philip the TV worked perfectly. Philip treated my apartment with respect and left it as found, which was in very good condition. I was disappointed they did not enjoy it. I did explain to Philip that guests do rate my apartment as Wonderful. As we say in Ireland, what's sauce for the goose is not always sauce for the gander!

Covid-19 Trip delay

Because of the spread of the Covid-19 virus, we were forced to cancel our trip to London. Andrew was very understanding and we plan to stay there next year when all of this has hopefully died down. We are looking forward to out stay. In the mean time we are making the best of social isolation.

I pride myself in providing high quality furnished accommodation to non business and business people who are on the move. I have spent a lot of my working time traveling and know that branded accommodation become mundane after a while.

Why they chose this property

Growing up in Dublin, Ireland could hardly be considered the as the prime motivator for wanting to live and own a property in Fulham. From an early age I had a found affection for the area whether it was University Boat Race, The Chelsea Flower Show, Fulham FC or the Riverside walks I cannot say or remember. However, when to opportunity presented itself I jumped in with both feet to buy and live in this smashing location.

The apartment, located minutes from the River Thames and Putney Bridge where the University Boat Race starts has its own private entrance and even a little garden! It a short walk to Putney, Hammersmith, Fulham, Bishops Park, which is ideal for the kids to play in and of course Central London and the City are on its doorstep for those with pressing retail therapy and business maters to attend to. Simplicity in itself!

What makes this property unique

The apartment, located in Fulham SW6 and it's within walking distance of many of London's sights, from the River Thames to Fulham Road to London's luxurious Kings Road to Chelsea Wharf to Kew Gardens to Kensington Palace, Hyde Park to Battersea Park & Power Station.
The Albert Hall, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Cathedral, London Eye, West End, London's theatre land and the City of London are but 20-25 minutes by tube.

There are lots of shops in Fulham and the best grocery stores nearby are Sainsbury's, Tesco's, (5 minute walk) Fulham Road or Marks & Spencer, Putney High Street.

Fulham Road, Fulham Broadway, Hammersmith Riverside & Putney High Street have a veritable feast of international & ethnic restaurants, pubs and cafes.

For those looking for late nightlife there are a number of clubs on High Street Kensington & the King's Road if you'd rather not travel to the West End.

For the Premier League loving football fans the apartment is located approximately 20 minutes from Chelsea FC & 10 minutes Fulham FC. However, it is far enough away that you are not troubled by the noise or the marching army of fans making their way to and from the grounds.
