Additional beds & linens:
When reserving this apartment for four (4) people the booking fees include the linens & towels (2 per person = 8 towels) for the 2 double beds in each of the bedrooms.
If you require three (3) separate beds for the 4 people staying in the apartment (both bedroom, double beds + sofa bed) then there will be an additional fee of £35.00 to pay for the 3rd bed linens.
If you are five (5) people we provide 3 beds, (including both bedrooms & sofa bed). The linen fees for these are included in the rates.

Our Apartment:
The apartment provides many essential items to ensure you have a hassle free start to your stay. Do remember this is a self-catering apartment. Items provided on arrival may require replenishment during your stay. If they do the run out you will only need to replace them if you need them during your stay. We will replace them after your stay.

Apartment dimensions & location:
The dimensions are, inside - 950sq feet (90m2) & back garden - 10sq feet (2m2). For our smokers you may smoke in the garden. We do provide an ashtray.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a three (3) story house. There are two (2) other apartments in the building on the first & second floors.
Apartment availability:
The apartment is maintained by our Housekeeper & Co-ordinator extraordinaire, who prepares it immediately after the guests check out and it’s therefore available 24/7.
I use a safe key system for storing the apartment keys, which means you have no hassle access regardless of your time of arrival. The safe is located by the communal hallway area, which monitored by CCTV for your safety & security.
We are available 24/7 if you have any urgent needs, which you must address immediately. I provide full mobile, email an IM contact details for us once you’ve booked the apartment.

Guest Access:
Guests are provided with ‘Andrew’s local guide to Fulham’ 2 weeks before they arrive.
This explains how to reach the apartment by planes, trains and automobiles as well as many local places you can visit, eat, drink or go to during your visit.
The apartment located in Waldemar Avenue, is on the ground floor and was fully refurbished in 2015. Access is through the front door from the Avenue into the main building and then through the apartment main door, which faces you as you enter.
There is one low step from street level to the main front door, which leads you to the apartment. So those arriving with prams, wheelchairs or heavy luggage will have straightforward and easy access into the apartment.
Once inside access to all room is on ground level, so it is straightforward for people with mobility issues to move around. There is one low step down from the kitchen into garden.
Access to the apartment is obtained through a set of keys, which are stored in a key safe and easily accessible for guests. Details for these are provided once the booking is confirmed and approximately 2 weeks in advance of your visit.

My approach is providing you, the guest, with the freedom you require to fully enjoy your stay. In advance of your arrival I will provide you with a ‘welcome pack’ that sets our contact details, how to get to the apartment when you arrive in London and what you need to know about the apartment when you arrive.
On arrival we can meet you at the apartment, if requested. If you’d rather the privacy & intimacy to enter the apartment on your own we’ll respect your request. After you’d checked in please do contact us via text or what’s app message to confirm all is well or ask any initial questions.
The morning after arrival:
The morning after you arrive, I will email you to check all is well, all is set up as you requested and ask if you have any questions for me.
Attending the apartment:
During your stay we may need to attend the apartment (change light bulb, fix toilet, check a fixture or fitting, et al). This rarely happens. We will provide you with 24hrs notice, only enter when you are there and do so between the hours 09h30 – 20h30. Unless you request a time outside of this.
