Abbiamo affittato l agriturismo dal 24 al 28 dicembre per tutta la nostra famiglia che comprende 8 bambini dai 3 anni agli 11 anni. Sin dal primo giorno ci sono stati problemi con il riscaldamento che non funzionava. Nonostante il prodigarsi dei proprietari i problemi sono rimasti e alcuni di noi sono stati costretti ad andare via dopo Natale.

Purtroppo il 24 dicembre abbiamo avuto un guasto improvviso della pompa di calore. Immediatamente abbiamo proposto agli ospiti di raggiungere a nostre spese un albergo, lasciando a disposizione il casale per i pranzi e le cene. I tecnici si sono resi reperibili fin dal primo momento per cercare di gestire da remoto l’emergenza e ci hanno poi raggiunto la mattina del 27 dicembre. Successivamente gli ospiti ci hanno chiesto un risarcimento economico, che abbiamo provveduto ad elargire. Ci dispiace che per questo incidente gli ospiti non abbiano goduto appieno del casale e della sua invidiabile posizione. Lo si comprende anche dal tono della recensione, incentrata esclusivamente sul malfunzionamento dell’impianto. Peccato!

Wir haben alle große Gruppe 13 Tage im Farmhouse verbracht. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, da das Haus perfekt ausgestattet ist für große Gruppen. Lorena ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie hat immer sehr schnell auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet. Das Haus ist das letzte auf dem Hügel. Der Blick ist wunderschön und macht es wieder gut das man 10 min in die Stadt fahren muss. Leider gibt ist sehr viele Mücken, also immer mit autan einsprühen und etwas Insektenspray in die Schlafzimmer sprühen um sicher zu gehen das man in der Nacht nicht zerstochen wird. Wir würden sofort wieder das Farmhouse buchen
