Four bedroom town home in Harbor Village. 2,500 square feet on three levels. Sorry no pets allowed.

Parking Rules: The driveway allows boat parking and six vehicles.

If you need additional parking, there is a gravel park strip just across the road from our town home and a large parking lot around the corner to the northwest. No parking on the roadsides.

We love the outdoors, hiking, swimming, boating, skiing, Raspberry Days, Mammoth Marathon, jet skiing, ATV riding, etc. that Bear Lake has to offer. We hope you enjoy your stay at beautiful Bear Lake!

Harbor Village is Bear Lake’s finest resort community with a large outdoor swimming pool, year-round outdoor hot tub, recently resurfaced tennis court and basketball court, several large lawns for family games, plenty of trees for hammocking, and other amenities throughout.
If you need additional parking there’s a gravel park strip just across the road from our town home and a large parking lot around the corner to the northwest. No parking on the roadsides.

What makes this property unique

Beautifully updated Bear Lake townhouse with gorgeous lakefront and mountain views. We’re right across from the marina near Garden City, and right by the pool and year-round hot tub.

The driveway allows boat parking and holds six vehicles. We have beds for 25 and three full sofas. Dining for 26+. Free WiFi and DirecTV. Four TVs with WiFi streaming, jetted tub, and a lovely patio with dining and mood lighting. Near tennis courts and large lawns for family games.
