It was a very nice place although it is a bit tired and showing wear. The outside space is lacking and the seating for watching tv or chatting is uncomfortable and there isn't enough.

We are happy you enjoyed your stay. All of the furnishings are new, the home was designed and built by Nantucket’s leading developer, Blue Flag and a fireplace was just added. New paint, Matouk bedding and linens are refreshed every season. The living room/tv area seats 4-adults and the dining table seats 8. The outdoor dining is as pictured.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was a great location- easily walkable to downtown Nantucket. The property was clean and well decorated. We could have used more towels and the dryer was very slow to dry towels when we washed them. But very minor in terms of a great rental!
