The bedrooms consist of two doubles. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, and basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, gravelled area, and furniture, and parking available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Enjoy your trip to the property, Dola.

Most famous of all are the magnificent Swallow Falls, situated where the Llugwy River hurls itself into a spectacular chasm. The village has shops, pubs, places to eat, miniature railway, a riverside golf course and the Tree Top Adventure High Ropes Course, and is home to The Snowdonia National Park Visitor Centre, as well as being the start of the beautiful Conwy Valley which leads to the coast and the lovely towns of Llandudno and Conwy.

Good property but only partially cleaned when we arrived. This was rectified fairly quickly. Not really sure what VRBO do - Sykes and owners resolved all the issues
