Excellent communication from the owners. First time we have ever received communication from an owner during our stay to see how everything was going. We have contacted many owners during our stay for instructions or something being wrong. Details were extremely accurate with the property. Property was within walking distance to all the old town attractions and restaurants we chose to visit. Will definitely stay with them again if in the area.

Wendy and David have created a very comfortable space for their guests. The house is spacious, very clean, and full of beautiful furnishings that are vibrant and welcoming including a record player with vinyl albums for listening pleasure. The attention to detail is apparent everywhere. The location is walkable to the historic area, but is rather dark at night. The hosts have thought of everything to make their guests' stay fabulous!

We booked last minute and this house could not have been better. It's in an ideal location. The downtown area is very close but you still get the peace of a quiet neighborhood. The house was beautiful, clean and stocked with everything you'd need. The bathroom had spare items in case you forgot anything - the hosts really thought of everything. They also were very responsive and attentive during our stay. Everything was easy to locate and we could not have been happier. Would highly recommend this property!

Perfect experience. Every time I book a rental, I expect some discrepancy between the professional photos on the listing and the walk-in gander, but there was none. Everything was spotless; beautifully decorated; and inviting. If our family comes back to St. Augustine anytime soon, we hope to book this same place!
