This property was in a great location just steps from several small restaurants, tram line 15E and many buses. 5 minute walk (or one stop on the tram/bus) to the congress center and the same to the LX factory. Lidl grocery story is a 15 minute walk though we did not find it untiln1/2 way through our stay.there are 3 apartments in this building with a key code box to enter the building. Stairs up to our 1st floor apartment we're very dirty but our apartment was clean. The gentle man who met us to show us in was kind and polite however it would have been nice to have information about bus routes, the closest grocery store, how to work thr TV (we could turn it on but not move to any channels), and how to turn on the stove top ( we spent about 30 minutes trying to figure it out and finally found a utube video that showed us). The air conditioner was stuck on 18C in the single bedroom. As far as kitchen supplies there were only 4 packets of sugar and about 3 coffee insert. I would have expect more for a 1 week stay. Only 1.5 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom for the entire stay. Also only one napkin and no kitchen paper towels. Towels and linens were clean and newer. Be aware- they only gave us 1 key. We were 2 friends attending a conference and one partner touring the city. Trying to manage meeting up to transfer the key was a nightmare. I asked in advance for more than one key but was told it was not possible. They easily could have an extra key ready.
