Good location but old house

The house is situated in the historical center, the position is excellent, but the house is very old (that is normal in the historical center). Even if it was renewed, there was a constant smell of humidity and mold. Too few windows to ventilate the apartment, and in the room with windows, we couldn't leave them opened for a long time because it's on the ground floor.

Wouldnt rent again.

Close to everything. Thats it for positives. Agent very slow to respond. Construction noise all day for first three days. Freezing living room. Not cozy at all. Neighbors partying loudly til 2am. Street noise kept is up all night. Fridge froze all our food. Terrible.

Heerlijk ruim appartement in steile straat. Heel gastvrije ontvangst en tips gekregen voor restaurants en highlights! Dat was perfect. Je kan te voet of met de uber gemakkelijk naar mooie (historische) plekken Ook de keukenspullen die er liggen zijn goed, maar het appartement zelf is wel echt aan renovatie toe. Best wat mankementen, niet alleen zaken die vastgeschroefd moeten worden maar ook vocht, kou en erg gehorig op de slaapkamers aan de voorkant Ook de sleutel werkte niet altijd goed. Moet altijd met een beetje geweld maar als hij door lijkt te draaien geeft dat toch enige stresst Dat soort dingen had ik niet verwacht als je de beschrijving ziet. Ik heb het wel erg goed naar mijn zin gehad in Lissabon maar volgende keer zou ik toch voor een modern appartement kijken voor die prijs.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Lisbonne, l'appartement est très fonctionnel et l'emplacement est idéal dans un quartier très sympa avec tout ce qu'il faut. Nous avons eu un super accueil de la part de Catarina qui a été à notre écoute tout au long du séjour.
