COTTAGE THE WALNUT

A detached cottage nestled in the lush green Tuscan hills. The house features two bedrooms—one with a private bathroom—an additional bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen. The house is surrounded by a private, fully fenced-in garden. The garden includes a small hot tub equipped with umbrellas and lounge chairs. The large French doors and loggias throughout the house, which open directly onto the private garden, allow guests to fully enjoy the surrounding nature. The house is equipped with outdoor tables and chairs, as well as a barbecue.
To reach the house, you must take a dirt road directly from the small medieval village of Malmantile. However, it is strategically located for quick access to Tuscany’s major cities, such as Florence, Pisa, and Siena. A car is required.
The newly built house is energy-class A, featuring underfloor heating, solar panels, and exterior insulation for energy efficiency.
