A great and spacious apartment with three bedrooms and a spacious living room, suitable for accommodating several guests for several nights. The apartment is located in a good location, not far from the Old Town, just 20 minutes walk along the Daugava embankment. By tram you will get to the Old Town in just 5 minutes. There are two SPA centers next to the apartment, which you can use to improve your well-being. Near is the Riga Central Market, where you can have a delicious meal.

The hosts were very responsive and quick to get in touch with. It was in a great location, easy to access, large communal areas and very good value for money. However, we had a few issues. Firstly, there was left over food from a pervious guest and one of the towels was stained with blood. Whilst the hosts were extremely apologetic, this is not something we’d expect. Finally, the beds, particularly the single bed, were uncomfortable. Overall, we would recommend this apartment.

We had a good stay

The appartment is indeed spacious and sunny. It looks as seen on the pictures. The communication with the host worked well and he was friendly and helpful. The building may look worn out from the outside but the appartment was modern and clean. The bathroom was the only flaw of the appartment. It has no windows and only a tiny ventilation, so it stays humid for a long time. It really needs some renovation. The appartment is close to the market halls and to the center of Riga, so you can get anywhere on foot or by public transportation. All in all a good stay for a reasonable price.
