In an independent villa of only two units, this splendid apartment will welcome you in a modern and functional environment. a large outdoor area where you can eat and enjoy the fantastic view of the sea and the bay of Alassio. to complete this daydream: a fantastic heated swimming pool, with hydromassage area and counter-current swimming to make your holidays unique!
Please note that the last 200 meters to reach the facility are on a unpaved road.
