Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genosssen, insbesondere die wirklich tolle Dachterrasse und die fußläufige Entfernung zum Meer. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und tip-top-gepflegt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und prima betreut. Wir haben uns als vierköpfige Familie sehr wohl gefühlt.

Einfacher Check-in, Vermieter sind sehr gut erreichbar. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist wirklich gut. Die Klimaanlage ist Gold wert - bei 38 Grad . Wichtig zu wissen, dass vor allem in der Hochsaison der Strand deutlich (Monate) vor dem Urlaub gebucht werden sollte, sonst kann der Vorteil des Strands vor der Haustüre nicht genutzt werden. Super Lage und eine tolle Stadt mit schönen Lädchen

Eine tolle Wohnung! Modern, hell, sauber, ausgestattet auf hohem technischen Niveau (z.B. elektrische Markisen, Klimaanlage, sehr gutes WLAN). Die Wohnungsübergabe erfolgte zwar auf italienisch, aber charmant und witzig und dank Google-Übersetzer erfolgreich. Höhepunkt ist die wirklich tolle Dachterrasse. Bei der Hitze war es auch gut, dass das Auto in der Tiefgarage stand. Die Nähe zum Meer und in die Altstadt perfekt. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Es fehlt an Gläsern. Abends auf der Terrasse trinkt man seinen Wein oder Prosecco und auch mal einen Grappa aus Wassergläsern. Wir haben die Wohnung aufgrund der guten Bewertungen gebucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Familie aus der Schweiz

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Penthouse in Alassio. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, sehr modern, neu und extrem sauber. Besonders die großzügige Dachterrasse hat uns begeistert – perfekt zum Sonnen, Entspannen oder auch einfach zum Verweilen, wenn man mal nicht zum Strand möchte. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Liegen, Stühlen und sogar einer eigenen Dusche.Das Penthouse bietet viel Platz und ist ideal für Familien. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei und sorgt für angenehme Temperaturen auch an heißen Tagen. Die Nähe zum Strand ist ein riesiger Pluspunkt – in wenigen Minuten ist man am Meer.Ein kleiner Hinweis: Es gibt vor Ort keine Grundausstattung an Lebensmitteln oder Haushaltsartikeln (außer vier Rollen Toilettenpapier), daher empfehlen wir, Putzmittel sowie Dinge wie Salz, Öl oder andere Kochzutaten selbst mitzubringen. Ansonsten gibt es ein Supermarkt in wenige Gehminuten. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben uns äußerst wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder!

Schöner Balkon mit Wohnung nah am Meer

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Alassio. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön mit einem tollen Balkon und zentral gelegen. Alles was man braucht ist zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Splendida proprietà in zona comoda e tranquilla. La disposizione su due livelli, grazie al doppio ingresso, è molto funzionale. Terrazzo accogliente e vivibile. Parcheggio riservato a due isolati di distanza. Consigliatissimo!

Once again, a fantastic stay

This was the second year in a row that our family of four stayed at the property. Once again, everything was wonderful. Check-in was quick and easy and the property was spacious and comfortable. Highlights of the property include Internet, air conditioning, and a very spacious terrace. It’s also literally a two minute walk from the beach. It suited all of our needs perfectly and we would most definitely stay there again!

Frühling auf der Terrasse

Super gute und saubere Wohnung! Lage ruhig, manchmal etwas weite Spaziergänge um einen Cappuccino zu bekommen! Aber am Meer entlanglaufen geht immer !! Wohnung sehr sauber, Vermieter nett und gibt gerne Tips!! Ein Plus ist, die grosse und schöne Terrasse mit etwas Sicht aufs Meer!! Auch der Parkplatz zur Wohnung war super!!

Nur ein Katzensprung bis zum Strand!

Die großzügige und moderne Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Bis zum belebten Stadtzentrum sind es nur ein paar Minuten Fußmarsch. Die netten Gastgeber begrüßten uns und führten uns durch die Unterkunft. Zusätzlich gab es hilfreiche Tipps und Hinweise zu Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflügen. Direkt hinter dem Gebäude verläuft eine vielbefahrene Bahnlinie.

Tolle Dachwohnung in Strandnähe

Selbst zu Sechst lässt sich komfortabel Ferien machen in der Wohnung von Paolo. Wir können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.Die blitzsaubere Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und sinnvoll eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, die Betten bequem und der Wohnbereich bot genügend Platz für uns alle, um gemütliche Abende zu verbringen. Auch die Badezimmer sind modern und sehr gepflegt.Ein grosses Plus ist der Einstellplatz in einer Tiefgarage. Gerade in Alassio ist dies ein unschätzbarer Vorteil, da die Parkplatzsuche oft mühsam sein kann. So konnten wir unser Auto sicher und bequem parken und die Umgebung stressfrei erkunden.Die Lage der Wohnung war ebenfalls ideal. Man konnte das Zentrum und den Strand von Alassio bequem zu Fuss erreichen.Zusammenfassend können wir sagen, dass wir einen tollen Aufenthalt in Paolos Ferienwohnung hatten und uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Familien, die einen komfortablen und gut ausgestatteten Ausgangspunkt für ihren Urlaub in Alassio suchen. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung uneingeschränkt.

Comfortable and convenient

The property is a two-floor apartment with enough space to for the five people in our party to enjoy comfortably. It seems to have been recently renovated and includes amenities such as air conditioning, WIFI, washing machine, and a dishwasher. A highlight for our family was the spacious terrace, which was great for eating or for enjoying the sun when we wanted a break from the ocean. It even has a small shower for cooling off. Also, the apartment is located right across the street from the beach and is about a five-minute walk from several restaurants/bars along the promenade. It's also not very far from the shops and boutiques in the middle of town. Overall, my family an I loved our stay in this apartment. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

Famos die Lage und Aussicht, spartanisch die Ausstattung

Die Wohnung bietet eine spektakuläre Dachterrasse mit Meerblick, bequeme Betten, sehr schönes modernes Bad und mehrere WC.Ein Panorama-Fenster im Wohnzimmer ermöglicht ebenfalls Meerblick vom Sessel aus. Der Parkplatz ist 5 Minuten entfernt, die Wohnung ist nicht barrierefrei zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist spartanisch, es fehlt an vielen Dingen, wie z.B Toaster, Auflagen für Balkonmöbel, keine Kaffeemaschine lediglich Espressozubereiting im Kännchen) TV ohne deutsche Programme. Außerdem sehr nüchterne Einrichtung, keine Bilder, die Regale waren leer. Radio gab es ebenfalls nicht, kein Infomaterial zu Alassio. Der Geräuschpegel von draußen ist relativ hoch (Bahnlinie und vor allem lautes Hundegebell) Ansonsten hohes Wohnniveau

L’appartement est vraiment magnifique. Il est parfaitement équipé et les matériaux sont d’excellente qualitéLa terrasse est très spacieuse et l’environnement tranquille.On accède assez rapidement aux commerces et aux restaurants.Par ailleurs, nos hôtes, Paolo et Elena se sont montrés prévenants et très sympathiques. Ils ont fait le maximum pour accéder à nos demandes.Si nous n’accordons pas la note maximum, c’est que le parking n’était pas accessible pour des raisons techniques. On nous a certes proposé deux solutions pour garer notre voiture, mais elles se sont révélées moins pratiques et un peu contraignantes.

Insgesamt war der Urlaub in der FeWo und in Alassio sehr schön, die Wohung ist sehr sauber und super gelegen, allerdings gibt es ein paar Kleinigkeiten, welche vor allem für Familien mit kleinen Kindern (unsere sind 1 und 3 Jahre) wichtig sein können: - von der angepriesenen Doppelgarage haben wir gar nichts gesehen. Wir mussten unser Auto ca. 500m weiter auf dem unüberdachten und frei zugänglichen Parkplatz eines anderen Mehrparteien-Gebäudes abstellen. Wir hatten die Fahrräder dabei und diese mussten wiederum in einem anderen Nebengebäude ca. 200m entfernt in einem kleinen Kellerabteil abgestellt werden. Von einer Doppelgarage kann also absolut nicht gesprochen werden.- Da der Parkplatz nicht am Haus ist, muss man bei Ankunft das Auto neben der Haustür am Straßenrand (ist eine wenig befahrene Seitenstraße) abstellen und dann erstmal alles in den Hausflur abstellen, um anschließend das Gepäck mit dem sehr kleinen Aufzug (max. 3 Personen) in die Penthouse Wohnung zu bringen. Das gleiche dann wieder bei Abreise- für italienische Verhältnisse ist die Küche zwar sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlen aber aus spießiger deutscher Sicht ein paar Kleinigkeiten :D wie schöne Weingläser oder Müslischüsseln (da haben wir uns mit großen Kaffeetassen beholfen)- wenn man einen Kinderwagen dabei hat, gibt es keinen geeigneten Abstellplatz und in den kleinen Aufzug passt er auch nicht- es gibt in Alassio bzw. nahe der Unterkunft fast keine oder nur sehr kleine und überfüllte freie Stände

Wunderbares Appartment

Das Appartment ist sehr großzügig, unten die Schlafzimmer und Bäder, oben die Küche, der Wohnbereich und die riesige Dachterrasse. Alles gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Lage so nah am Strand, der Promenade und den Restaurants und Geschäften ist super. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Great stay in Alassio

We had a wonderful stay in Alassio. Thank you very much Paolo for everything you did for us in order to have a great time there: mineral water, wine and fruits as welcoming presents, your tipps where we can go to eat and your very friendly nature.
